Dr. Walia has over two decades of experience working with individuals, and in government and the private sector. She has helped organizations to improve their triple bottom line (provider, employer, and investment of choice). 

Her core training principles, engagement and action, keep participants involved and moving toward their goal, whether they are in a live session or using a manual.

Dr. Walia holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership. Her passion is to help individuals achieve personal and professional success, and to help create workplace cultures where employees and organizations thrive.
